Ashley was delivered just two months before, and she weighed only 2 pounds 8 ounces. Ashley was admitted to ICU for about a month. Parents were informed that her heart needed surgery on Christmas Day. As her parents visited for a visit on Christmas Day, they were informed by the doctors that she had a closed heart. Ashley never needed any surgeries. She was released to go home with a weight of 4 1/2 pounds following being hospitalized two months. Since then, she has been in good health since! Her father has English and German roots. The family of her mother is from Ireland. In 2002, she made her debut in an advertisement in The Salon Surprise Barbie Doll. Ashley was then 8 years old and was approached by Ford Modeling Agency. As of today Ashley is still working in the print industry. At the age of 10, Ashley made the decision to be an actor. Ashley began her professional career in 35 commercials, and then moved to theatre roles. Ashley had shifted her focus to acting. Ashley concentrated all of her energy to acting. This left no time to model and dancing. Ashley's last character included "Hanna Marin" in ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars (2009). Ashley played a brief cameo role in Romeo Miller's (aka Lil Romeo's) music video "True Love", which was performed by Solange as well as Romeo Miller. Britney Spears appeared during the Vogue Magazine shoot. The singer is in the music video "That Girl" by NLT.
